In Out Coffee opened in 1999 and to the left was our pre build floor plans. Below that is a picture of the building during construction. We opened In Out Coffee near The University of Maryland mainly trying to cater to students to and from classes.

We are a retro college coffee house located at 9050 Baltimore ave. We offer a wide variety of coffee drinks as well as options for non coffee drinkers. Our house specialty is the Mocha Frappe, a chocolate espresso milkshake topped with whipped cream. We serve coffee morning to night complimented with a variety of live events and internet kiosks and guarantee our coffee drinks too be better than those corporate coffee guys or your drink is free! We are a hangout coffee house and encourage patrons to bring their friends to study, play games, or just chill. We offer free wireless access to all our customers. Why should you pay $20 a month to access the internet when you can do it for free, no hassle, no passwords. You can bring a laptops, or rent one of ours by the hour.
